Well.
- the client has never contacted us
- we are responsive on dnn ticketing system and our own support section located at http://support.thednn.com
- so far we have no problem installing our module on DotNetNuke and whenever we can not solve a client's issue we will happily authorize the full refund
- our licensing is linked to the domain name as we clearly have mentioned in the product detail however, we will issue additional license for temp domains and we are very flexible in this regard
