Purchase was relatively easy process. Had questions about the source code and contacted developer who was very helpful. Product was as advertised, and included all the functionality we expected.

Excellent product, and excellent support. I've had a couple snags with integration that were resolved by the support team within few hours of the request! Highly recommend the product.

I bought this module over a week ago and have a issue with the AJAX not working. I submitted a trouble ticket and posted on their support forums. I got NO reply, at all. This was a wasted $30. and I would warn you NOT to waste your money. It seems from the lack of posts on the forums this product is dead, no longer supported or updated. Buyer Beware!

I installed Swirlchat and ran into problems involving incompatibilities at my web hosting site. Swirlhost was tenacious in helping troubleshoot the problem and getting the chat room up and functioning. The chat room is a great addition to my web site, with the added bonus of outstanding technical support. Highly recommend Swirlhost!!!!

Very disappointed. For me, the product does not work with Firefox and Chrome and after five reminders by e-mail, still no support. But my payment was received!

Best looking and most feature rich chat module I've seen anywhere so far, but support appears to be severly lacking. Just look at their support forums and you'll find post after post with no replies. I've also tried their "Helpdesk" email address and received NO reply. If you aren't going to use this in a critical application, I'd say it's well worth the money, but if you're looking to deploy on a large site where users will become attached to it, be weary.

Install is easy, it has great features, but does have some issues across browsers. I think part of the cause is its super slick interface. It has to be tough testing all the features this thing has.
If you need a non-server based chat, this will get the job done. I like that it can work as open chat or in operator mode. With a little additional testing and fixes, this thing will be the only chat module needed.

I love this product but the customer service I received was amazing. After much digging around, Will found a glitch that was almost intraceable to resolve my issue with SwirlChat which turned out not to be with his product at all. I reccommend this product for how good it is and the support I rec'd.

This is a pretty cool module that works great, as long as you don't try to install it over the previous version...then you will have nothing but problems, and it will never work!
Fortunately, the developer is very responsive and knowledgable and can get you fixed up if you do have any problems.
Slick look & feel, and overall nice functionality.
The registration process is a HUGE pain in the $#@! though, so don't be in a rush. They NEED to change the way they do registrations & licensing or will continue to make people like myself furious and not want to try any more of their products...my advice; excercise GREAT patience once you order. It will be worth it in the end, but what a PAIN!

I've been waiting for about an hour now for their license keys (2 are needed apparently).. and no luck.. no email nothing..... i sent help desk request from snowcovered AND their site without luck.... the licensing key is a good idea if the distribution is automatic and instant... this is a very bad way to treat customers.

This is a great chat module. Easy to use and configure with some really excellent features like multiple rooms and easy integration with DNN security roles.

Easy to install and configure even by a non programer like me :). Recommand this product if you are looking for a chat room, it's exactly what you need.

Great Module as long as you ARE NOT using Ultra Media Gallery.
I have tried latest versions 1.92 with latest UMG 3.0.6 and they don't work together. THEY JUST DON"T both vendors keep pointing fingers at each other so as long as you understand this and aren't using UMG you will be fine.
If not, use 1 or the other because they both don't get along.
