Don't bother buying this software unless you have $80 you need taken from you. The software has an error on Add Article that prevents you from adding any content. I have attempted to contact SiteToolSet several time (I have ticket #24 open if anyone from sitetoolset that's reading this would like to respond) but have not even heard a peep from them.

Highly recommended! We have several concurrent projects and this module was just what we were looking for. It makes it easy for our team to communicate with each other and our clients.
It has a lot of features and the UI is well thought out which makes it easy for our clients to use. Installation was a breeze - and support has been outstanding. I've not found another module like this. Well done!

After nearly 30 emails and several months of effort, and a completely new version of the module, it still has so many issues that we had to scrap tis module completely and buy a different one.
Although it's much more complicated to use than it needs to be, it did do a nice job when it worked. Unfortunately, it rarely worked!
I would recommend just about any other survey module other than this one.

This module worth nothing. Do not buy, I had many bugs after installation, contacted developer for help but no response after so many days. Asking for a refund now, but also no response.

This is a good module, very flexible and useful, JUST if you will not want to use it in different portals with different languages. because it once you make some language /word settings it uses the same settings for all portals on your site. Besides this, the module is easy to configure and use. Just some very understandable steps and you are done. Tell a friend doesn't open a popup or jumps to another page. you can put this module anywhere on the page, and customize it in every page in the way you need. E.g. We used the add to favorites function on the home page and just print function on the other pages.

Had an error when first trying to use this module. Raised a help ticket. The seller confirmed the database I am using and since then they have totally ignored all contact. I patiently gave them a month to fix the problem, but they do not respond. I will never buy from this unprofessional outfit again. Buyer beware.

The module looks kind of ok, but it needs a lot of work.
It doesn't really follow standard DNN procedures for example for locatlization. It offers some localization, but it isn't very good.
Judging from other reactions, the support from DNTS is very, very bad. I've looked at theur forum, and it looks like you don't get any answers to your questions....
So I'd say you'd better think twice before buying from DNTS

What a piece of $#@! I hate to leave negative feedback, but when a module is just terrible & the support is even worse, you really have no choice!
As with the other DNTS modules we have tried to use, this one just does not work right either!
And FORGET about support or service! They will NEVER return a phone call or email, and can't seem to resolve the many problems with their modules.
RUN! STAY AWAY! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!

Works not stable and produce Application-Errors when Customer will Submit the Survey. We become no Answer and must contact Snowcovered directly, then a Answer is coming with a other Zip, we install this and have the same effect and additional Errors that needed Files not included iin the Package. Then we wait to a Reaction but nothing is coming, we contact Snowcovered directly and we have a new Reaction from the Developer with a new Version, we install the Version but this produce the same Server-Application Error. We are very friendly to the Developer but no Reaction. We have saled a other working Survey Module and forgett this Sale with 79$ for the Trash!

Software module is good. But support is little poor. I have submitted three bugs and since last two months i am waiting for response. I request this aspect of support need to be improved

well, the skins are in the download provided but in various pieces. can't just install them via DNN, thumbnails don't show up, missing several of the skin variants. I have to go through and fix each folder structure, etc. still waiting to hear back from them on what the heck happened.

I simply can't install this product.
I have a lot of other skins working normally, but this one doesn't works.

This module doesnt have many features and is unstable with intermittent crashes. The user interface is very minimalistic and confusing at times. Basically, anyone could produce this level of quality by using out of the box functionality included in Visual Studio 2005. It's definately not worth $39.95. More like $5.95!

There are too many lazy coding issues with this module to give it a good review. The installation/user doc is pretty weak as well. I'm having to dive into the source code in order to get it to work for us.
