Hi,
i have purchased your Social Bookmarks v4.0.2 enterprise edition, but the Facebook button don't function.
Please develop a patch for this bug.

I just tested this on a couple of different sites and everything is working correctly for me. I am able to bookmark a page to my facebook profile.
Can you tell me specifically what is happening? (Is a window opening to facebook and you are not seeing your link when you log in OR is nothing happening when you select the button, this may be a javascript issue if nothing is opening.)
Also, please send the following:
Version of DotNetNuke
Web Browser you are using
Which facebook button? The stand-alone or the one in the share button (I tested both of these and they work fine)

Really great module. Looks really nice and seems to do more than similar competitive products.
Support is excellent, and customer service is really very good.
The only thing that stopped me from giving it 5 stars is that I would like to see is some way of restricting the height in pixels of the module so I can end up with a fixed size instead of it resizing itself based on the content.
Having said that I have not found any other modules that appear to be able to provide the functionality either.
It would be a real bonus for me if it was able to do this

This is a really great little module.
The best thing about this is that it sits nice and unobtrusively on my site unlike other similar products.
It stands out enough though so that all my site users can see it.
Really love this module and great for the price.

The functionality of the application is fantastic. Does everything I want it to do and unfortunately it does a little more. The module speaks to another party who then process' and send out email on your behalf. When doing so it does not show your site as the origin of the emal it shows the third party. Basically it advertises for the third party on your dime. This not only confuses the clients but also leads to potential spam identification for multiple domain names in a single email. Should be setting controled. Not much the module developers can do about it. Perhaps make it clear in thier advertising. They offered refund, however I declined because I am still using the software until I find and alternative for the functionality. I have awarded a four star rating because the developers are excellent at communictions, support and response time.

Note: The email option is provided as part of the ShareThis.com bookmark button which you may or may not display on your portal depending on the bookmark buttons you wish to make available to your users.
Additionally, we can provide you with an updated module that does not contain the email option for the ShareThis.com bookmark button. Many users want this feature and some do not just let us know.
For more information about the email option please see the ShareThis.com website. And look for a DNN email button in our next product release on 8/1/2009.
