The feature that allows you to limit the entries seen does not work and appears to be commented out in the code.
No response from the developer.

Provides relatively seamless method of allowing both registered and non-registered users to subscribe to newsletters. I've used a handful of these and this is the one that works.

Very useful module, to send simple newletter using the DNN Newsletter admin option for unregistered users.
