I came to snowcovered looking for a tool to replace my paid email list services. Axon seemed to be what I was looking for, but upon discussions with the developer, it was not the case. But since Axon had 90% of the other features I was looking for, I asked the developer if the feature I was requesting could be in a future release. He replied that it could be, and worked with me to develop the feature. I tested and provided feedback, and he fixed issues. Support is prompt and courteous. I would give Axon 10 stars just for the amount of information and help received before the sale. We are now using the other features to send our newsletter and event announcements. We can see who is reading our emails and finally kissed our paid list services goodbye! What a great tool!

The Novus module was the only module of it's kind that we could find that would fulfill our needs. That is to say, only Novus allowed us to send automatic notifications to users of any given role upon posting of a new news announcements. Support is good and they always try their best to assist you if you are having specific issues. The admin interface is a tad unintuitive at points even for veteran developers but the front end is very customizable and allows you to customize a very solid all round product.

I just purchased this module and while it does suffer from version 1 issues, this has a great potential to be come very useful for people managing projects or help desks. After using it for the past 48 hours, I have come to the conclusion that this will be the module that I cannot live without.
Managing an international team of developers is extremely hard, but already my team has been very happy about the functionality and future use of Sigma Pro. I would recommend this to any person running a help desk online as well as provifing a superior project management tool.
Cheers to Onyak Tech for bringing a much needed module to life! I look forward to seeing more functionality added to future versions.

These guys kick butt on support. Entered a request on Fri Night @ 2AM, had an anwer in the morning (probably not fair to expect that every time) . When I tell them about something that I think would be a logical enhancement, they actually listen! When I tell them about something that isn't quite right, they turn it right 'round and fix it.
This is the best tool I've found to work with your own tables in DNN (Not propietary xml schema that locks away the data).
It's not a full blown (complex) IDE like VS. but allows me to very simply and quickly create forms, use query strings, DNN, and sessions vars, create grids, and I haven't really dug into the full functionality.
If you are looking for an easy way add functionality using a minimally skilled resource, H2O is the best solution I've found..

I bought this product and then subscribed to OnyakTech giving access to all their products. Each and every one of them has worked exceptionally well. Their support is also fantastic. We have built a large and commercially solid CRM with integrated marketing and product support management. We estimate that we saved nearly $50,000 of programming effort by using their modules. They required no special programming and their support added a feature we needed with no problems...

ReZults is Templated and starts with giving you the option to choose between two different interface template samples. You can change the Template from the Module Settings, it's very easy to change and you don't need to be a developer to do it. So if you don''t like the setup you can always change it to fit your needs easily and quickly. If you need help, just contact support.

Unfortunately I've never had to leave negative feedback on a developer's module until now and it pains me to have to do it. The fact is that this module is not working for me and despite several attempts to contact the developer and get some support I have heard nothing. I have sent several emails, registered on their own site and requested support there, I have requested support via Snowcovered and I have also tried calling the developer directly using the phone number on their website. The calls, emails and support tickets have all be unanswered. It's a real shame the Gumbosoft PayPal donations module is no longer available and that this one is seemingly also no longer supported. If anyone has any suggestions for other alternatives I'd love to hear from you.

You know I am a new customer but with the service I have been getting from Onyaktech makes me feel like I have been their customer for years. I asked that they make a few modificiations and within a week it was done and working the way I asked. The price was awesome and the communication was even better. If you ask for something just be patient, they have a lot going on and can't do everything at once. Thanks A LOT!

Does not work very well. Went back and forth with the developer a few times to get a simple import working on my site. Finally gave up and am currently waiting for a refund.
Module does not show friendly errors. Instead when the module errors out it just stops refreshing the page and requires you to dig into event log to see the error.
Module imports first row in CSV which is used for labeling the columns. This ends up creating a user in the system called "username"

Sorry this module didn't work out for you Jason. In order to keep the module "EZ" we try to handle all of the data conversions behind the scenes. Unfortunately, it didn't take into account your needs to allow duplicate email addresses across users. We made this change within an hour of you informing us. At first, only some of your users were imported due to duplicates. So the import did complete but didn't allow duplicate email addresses. And it also displayed the total number of users imported and total duplicates on the screen. The new version we provided you will solve your needs to allow duplicates. In regards to the sample file, the first record in the sample file is there to help you understand where the data should be placed for the import. You can either remove the first record from the sample or delete the user after the import is complete. Sorry for that extra step for you, but it helps out most other people who like to know what data should be set into each column of the import file.

After purchasing this module I contacted Onyaktech requesting some bespoke features. The ongoing support I received was exceptional and its a shame so few vendors out there offer support to the same standard. Onyaktech bent over backwards to accomodate the modifications I requested, and not only did they do these for FREE, but it was also done almost immediately. The module itself is excellent, and if i were to fault it in anyway, I would say that the only down side to the module is that the links cannot currently be re-ordered, however now I am just nit-picking, especially considering the price of the module and Onyaktech have confirmed to me that this feature will be added in shortly which would then make an already excellent module exceptional :-)
In short this is an very good module with even better support and I would highly recommend Onyaktech to anyone.

I found this module almost impossible to to implement. The instructions were vague at best and even with the help of a person that codes in .net, we were unable to get even a simple contact form to work properly. I personally pulled the plug on the module and considered my investment a loss.
Ps: Yes we tried to use your support center and neither one of us were able to submit a ticket either.

I have been using Onyaktech Modules for a year and they update their modules regularly with new innovative changes. The help desk has been responsive and when I have needed help and they were easy to contact. I like OnyakTech modules so much that I purchased another year of updates and support. I have been using DNN for 8 years and after purchasing OnyakTech modules for DNN I would rank them in the best that I have purchased.

Horrendous sales/customer support. Purchased the Enterprise 1 year subscription with source code access.
Still waiting for download access 4 DAYS later and no response from OnyakTech...buyer beware!

Purchase agent was notified within one hour of purchase with account details to download all installs. This is an automatic process. Support tickets were responded to, but developer was not getting the responses, it was the purchase agent that was getting the responses. Additional people also requested download access for this purchase, these people must be authorized by the purchaser and that took time due to the lack of communication. The support request was also made outside business hours over the weekend. We make supporting our products our highest priority ( www.onyaktech.com/Products/OurSupportRatings.aspx ). Please have your developer contact us directly to eliminate this problem in the future.

I find these modules difficult to use.

I am extremely pleased with this module package, its really amazing that I got all this functionality at such a low price.
The customer service is extremely fast and friendly, when I needed a type of functionality, the developer gave me a work around method and incorporated what I needed into the next release. Truly amazing!! As a physicist I have to create applications with a very small budget and I can definitely say onyaktech has helped me do this.
I would highly recommend this product to any developer requiring extreme functionality. Its basically a one stop shop.

Really is not what I hoped. The module has not worked in my DNN4.5.3 portal and the quizes are not generated from a repository, they are static.

Alejandro, the problem is that you have installed a BETA release. Remove the module and then install the production release from www.OnyakTech.com.

What a great product for the money.
So much functionality and so many different modules for the price.
So far I have not had to contact support for any assistance ans the documentation included is very comprehensive.
I would urge anyone serious about getting their most out of their DNN site to invest in this.
Worth it's weight in gold.

I purchased the "Feeback It" module thinking it was a standard DNN module; however, I was not able to add multiple instances of the module on a single page. I also could not get any support. After contacting support via email several times and only receiving an automated response, I'm asking for my money back.

The most flexible mailer around for DNN period.
Very good support, we had a version conflict with some 3rd party controls and Onyaktech did their best to assist.
Would be 5 stars if not for
- the reliance on the 3rd party control version dependence
- lack of thread-safe/app restart/etc. guarantees like some other mailers (which have less flexibility) guarantee
Overall well worth the purchase and one of these modules where it always seems to have more uses then you can dream up for it.

In Axon you can set the campaigns to run in batches, which allow you to continue your email run after an application restart or server crash.

It doesn’t means anything to get hundreds of modules for $99,95 if they don’t work correctly.
We have a Onyak SigmaPro module installed.
As the license is per DNN installation, we have it in 2 portals.
The problem is: The client A can see the tasks from client B. With an admin access in “Portal A” you can view the tasks of “Portal B”.
This is a very embarrassing situation to explain to my clients.
They MUST have an admin access.
But they SHOULDN’T see confidential data from other companies.
How can this be possible????
Since March we are trying to get a solution for this and nothing. 3 months of useless suggestions or incredible questions. Pure ping-pong.
How can I explain to a client that he can’t have an admin access???!!!!
It's unbelievable that after 30 tickets (1) OnyakTech can't solve the problem or (2) recognize their incapacity!
They should advise people about this before we waste time (lots of time) and money.

Carlos, I'm sorry the module didn't fit your needs but the ability to see tickets from all portals is by design and is an option you control from the module settings. An alternative solution is to use the Help Desk add-in module in your sub-portals and then use the core module in your host portal and check the option to show all tasks across all projects. This allows your sub-portals to only see their own tasks while giving you full access to all tasks entered from all portals from the core module. Another solution is to restrict your sub-portals from having admin access to the module, allowing you full control over what they see. Or, you can also use H2O by creating a custom form that will post to your main project at any portal. There are many different ways you can get what you are looking for. I think originally the delay was due to you claiming there was a bug when in fact it's just a matter of configuration to fit your business needs. If you could explain specifically what your business needs are, I can provide you with the solution.

Just not overly impress with the modules that Onyaktech offers. Most work okay, some I was not able to get to work correctly. For $99, if you see sa few modules that would be useful, it might be worth it.

Did you install the OnyakTech Library? Most of the OnyakTech modules require this library to be installed for them to work. Details are in the user manuals. Or you can get help from Support@OnyakTech.com

I bought this one thinking it would work on a 4.5.5 DNN site, but it didn't. I downloaded the latest release and finally made it work on a 4.8.4 installation test site, but it doesn't work if you have DNN V4.9.0, so it was not a good option for my client which was not willing to downgrade his site. Usability could be improved.

I had a problem getting the module to work, and it turned out to be a user error on my part when I configured the module -- however, Chris was so helpful in helping me with the troubleshooting. He responded immediately to my request for help. And I love his help desk system. I will not only purchase modules in the future, I will likely buy the subscription packages that Onyaktech is offering.

Warning this will break the catalook store. The annoying thing is that in many cases a shopping cart is very important part of site. Onyaktech/Catalook are aware of this but there was no warning. We need a compatibilty matrix on snowcovered otherwise I am not buying any more modules. Also you cant find this out till after you purchase as you cannot access the forums on Onyaktech website. Wasted a whole day and site could not take payments.

Sorry the problems you have had Paul. Catalook and OnyakTech work together to make sure our modules are compatible, you just need to make sure you are using the latest versions of the modules.

Needs continous loop without giant white space. Needs to allow images. Price to performance value this was a good deal. Installation was a snap. It does what it says it will do. I am using it. I would consider my rateing as 3.5 :-)

Adequate. Doesn't give any feedback re: whether email was sent or not. If user puts bad input there is a module load exception instead of proper feedback / validation. Default HTML the form renders is clunky & needs tweaking. If your site is popular expect spammers to use your Email-IT form to relay spam.

I'd give it a 0 if I could. Support does not exist. Emails were returned only after a phone call. Voice messages are never returned. Product is inflexible. A week later, the project is now falling behind schedule. I would recommend that everyone walk away from this product and this company.

This module lacks a simple user interface, after waiting for the upgrades now at 3.8 it still lacks many many user interface useability features. Unless you like pulling your hair out, find something else. You will find yourself guessing every step of the way. lackluster. Did I mention it is sloooower than molases, have you heard or AJAX ?
After creating a simple form for my survey the following behavior resulted and I now can not access my site;

I bought this module for the claims made about paypal integration, which turned out to be false. The implementation is very poor. There is no trial version or other way to try before you buy, and when I realised that the module is not what I wanted my polite request for a refund was ignored. This module is a CON.

I could not even imagine not having a subscription to OnyakTech. By far the best and most useful module you can find. I cannot live without Sigma Pro (Project Manager, Issue Tracker, etc), Sigma Live (real-time online support chat module), and LinkNex. This is a must have for any serious DNN admin.

Total pain... Pay Snowcovered then was told to e-mail OnyakTech with my paid invoice to get access. OnyakTech then makes you register, once you get your e-mail and password you need to let them know so they can give you access. The whole event took two days waiting on e-mails..... Total Joke to get a service when they take your money from the start.

I don't know who the persons who wrote all the nice reviews were but I wouldn't suggest you to buy this because you will be disappointed like I am.
It is not like in the demo version at all.
I wrote a help request to the support, but nobody is answering.
They will not give you the money back and don't expect any help from them.

I have bought it, couldn't use it and had to program my own module because this one is not working, or I couldn't set it up. You get zero support and I am really sorry that I spent money for this.
My advice: find another vendor for a similar product!

Do not buy this product. It is simply the XP Issue Tracker repackaged with a few new fields but it is essentially the same product. They even use the exact same icons and graphics.

This is a decent tool, but could use a lot of work. This is one large self-contained module. That in and of itself is annoying. Providing multiple modules would allow for a more granular application of security and provide flexibility in implementation. There are minor flaws such as when you add a new project under an admnistrator account, the proper portal ID is not assigned (no portalID is assigned) and when you mark a project as "members only", it no-longer appears in the administration menu for project managers - you can't add new members or change the project back to non-members-only. This is a good start, but it is not the triumph of flexibility and project management strength that the maker pitches.
