This is an excellent form module. Easy to use and very flexible, serves quite well the purpose for which it was designed.

I had downloaded a number of the low cost Contact Forms. This one had the most features and was without a doubt the easiest to use and configure.
I have used it for a number of sites but my primary need was a contact form to allow golf teams to arrange fixtures and post results.
In terms of value for money this is excellent and has the basic features of some of the more expensive (10x) Contact Form packages. If it had a calendar option then I would have given it 5/5

Four stars for the price. I wish I could adjust the width of the label column. The description "field types for all uses" is a complete fib. There are only four. There's no check box or radio buttons for example. (would be a nice adder). Otherwise for simple contact forms, sufficient and simple. Online registration is pushing it a little without more field types.

Thanks for your feedback. Glad you like the price :) In your version - v2.08 - we used to suggest combo boxes for everything - like 'YES/NO' etc. But now - in v2.13, radio buttons and check boxes are a great improvement - thanks for the suggestions. And we've made the label column width adjustable too. In fact there have been lots of upgrades since v2.08! These include lots more fields types, lots more formatting flexibility. Check out v2.13. Hope you like what we've done.
