Never Buy This Module!!! I am a developer of DNN Modules, and hate to give a bad ratings. A couple of things that should be stopping you from buying this module, 1. the license to this module is domain fixed, and you have to wait for the company to manually issue a license which took more than 3 weeks in our case. 2. Our customer now changed the domain to another one, the license stopped working. We have contacted them, but no response at all. It means the module is not working and our customers are shouting at us now. 3. To make the matter even worse, I searched their website and even domain record, there is no valid phone number to call in this urgent case. Do not buy this module.

VERY DISAPPOINTING – The concept of Enterprise Forms is brilliant – the workflows are excellent BUT there is a very steep learning curve not helped by a manual that lacks detail, example forms which don’t work and support that doesn’t respond – the forum is moderated so if they don’t respond posts don’t get posted and there is very little user interaction – and support don’t respond to direct emails either. Frustratingly the detail records aren’t proper detail records. Unfortunately the system does strange things – debugging is very difficult and cumbersome. Initially I was very enthusiastic but have now completely abandoned Enterprise Forms

Poor customer service. I reported two issues in the beginning of September; over two months have gone by and they remain unresolved. Vendor is very non-responsive. Posting to the vendor's forum is moderated, meaning if they choose not to respond to an issue it just disappears like it never happened. The issues I'm dealing with are features that worked in a previous version but were broken in an upgrade to a higher version of Enterprise Forms.

0 stars!! This company has been by far the most incompetent and terrible customer service. Here's why: when you first get the product, you realize it doesn't work. Then I contacted customer service and it took about a month to hear back from them after several contact attempts just to find out that they had a year old version in snowcovered. Their replies to emails are short, meaningless and you can tell they barely read your questions. Three months later they still haven't been able to fix the issues they have and they send me a fix that brings the site down and still don't want to take this as a priority. I would stay away from this company, working with these guys is a nightmare. I have bought many dnn modules and I can assure you this company is the worst to do business with. Beware!

I have been using Enterprise Forms for years. Enterprise Forms provides a central aspect of what I bring to clients in DNN. A single form can (optionally) connect to multiple databases, both as source for form elements and also to run processes at any workflow step. The workflow is highly customizable. Conditional features for visibility and binding make the form create itself dynamically based on user input. With this module you can put some powerful functionality into your DNN portal. There is a learning curve, and because of its ability to integrate with multiple databases and run C# code, developers with ability in these areas will be the ones to get the most dramatic functionality. But even without such skillset, this module provides any web developer with an opportunity to do amazing things. Highly robust and customizable workflow is a hallmark feature of Enterprise Forms. Good support and they listen to users regarding feature requests.

A license has already been issued to you whan first purchased the product. We therefore can not issue further licenses as they are not transferable. If you are upgrading your systems, make sure to use the same portal name as one that was originally licensed.

Easy to use out of the box, but the more advanced features appear to be absent. Web page and materials indicate processing that doesn't seem to exist in the actual product. I have not yet figured out how to upate a Text/HTML or Announcement Module. Their support pages say you can, but now HOW.

I found this application somewhat daunting at first. It provides a lot more than just a form designer. My original requirement was a forms designer with PayPal support. I had previously purchased one of the other "well known" forms modules only to be disappointed. Up against a deadline, having wasted time with my original purchase, I was in a hurry to replace the original "well known" forms module and did not have a lot of time to play around with Enterprise Forms. I had a number of questions and all my emails were answered very promptly and always to the point. The most significant issue was that when I loaded the forms to my live site I was unable to edit them. A quick email and it was suggested that I set the Admin skin to the DNN default. This I did and all was well.The problem was my skin and NOT Enterprise Forms. Would I recomment EF? Definately!

The module requires popup enable in the browser to work. After numerous attempt to contact vendor to get the fix and ticket escalation but there is just no response. It is a waist of time and money.

There is also the option to download email in the background. We have suggested to use the background download option instead of the popup download.

Form design and workflow can be easily accomplished using this module. Non-programmer can use this module to build a complete web application. We were able to use this module to build an online submission of cover letters and resumes in a few days. Hiring managers get email notification of new resumes and download them. If you need Rapid Application Development module for DNN, give this module a try.

Absolute GARBAGE! Stay AWAY! This module does NOT work, and the developers provide absolutely NO support and will never respond to any issues you have! This module does not do or work as advertised, and has so many bugs due to lack of industry standards in programing, and just lack of forethought into how a module like this should function, that it should be pulled from Snowcovered immediately! I wasted $300 on this module and may never see a penny of it again....DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!!

This is an excellent product. It is highly customizable because it has a good number of options that were thought through well. Even considered on its most basic level, the workflow engine and SQL data storage (as opposed to xml fragments) makes it stand out. Service is more outstanding. The developer answered many questions for me in a timely manner. What is more impressive is this: I asked if a particular scenario was possible with his product (after I purchased it). It was not possible, but it showed up as a feature in a new release of the product two days later!

The webmail pro works. It is useful for bringing several e-mal accounts into one place. However, I find myself not using it due to the slowness and responsiveness. It takes several seconds for views to update and become usable. Another item that may need be considerred is storage space.

Full of bugs and poor documentation. Does not respond to support questions. Looks like it could be a good product but you will have javascript errors and you can "LOCK UP" the software from which you will have to delete the module and resintall to get it to work properly again. Not reccomended!

Many things are well thought out, however there are still significant issues with it. If this is going to be your only source for your email then it is sufficent. However if you sometimes want to use a client such as outlook and sometimes use the email I'd look elsewhere. We will not be implementing it at this time on our websites. Hopefully the next version will be better.

This is a great program I have found and continue to find new uses to create forms. I have to say the customer support is second to none. The web site with forum is a great source for information. I am waiting to see what new features will be coming in the future.

Good module, for use in enterprise environments. pro's: *completely rolebased *easy to use form builder *workflow solution *searchable results *good online help *excellent support by the developer cons: *No possibility to export data entered thru forms Overall i think this good module, to be used in enterprise environments, where multiple persons work together in developing, testing, publishing and reviewing of incoming data. It took me some time to get the concept of access roles, form states and workflow, but with the prompt help of the developer i managed to make a moderately complex form in less than 2 hours, which would have taken me at least 2 days in programming to create a module of my own
