The map feature works well, but the module appears broken in that it can't list the map markers. It's been almost a month with no response from the developers. Unfortunately this means we didn't get what we paid for. Hopefully some support will appear soon, otherwise buyer beware.

Version 2.5.9 does not work correctly with DNN 6.1.3. The latest 2.5.11 worked better but still had one major error for me. No contact from their customer support.

Their customer support was amazing. I had an obscure technical configuration issue and they spent hours with me fixing it.

This is probably a good product but it does not work on DNN6.
I let the developers know that there is an issue with DNN6 and they also confirmed it.

This is the date that I am forced to post this review on Snowcovered, since the issue is still not being resolved and I was forced to buy LiveTabs from Mandeeps to complete my project.

This review is for their 'support' ( or complete lack thereof ).
1. Purchased the store module on June 5th
2. Email from DNN Spot contained invalid license - the product won't activate
3. Went to their site looking for help.
4. Live Support is always offline ( what a joke )
5. No Phone Number
6. No Email Address
7. No contact information of any kind
8. Filled in the contact form and haven't received a reply...not even an automated one.
9. Posted a ticket on SnowCovered - no reply to that.
10. Escalated the ticket on SnowCovered - no reply to that.
11. Posted a message in the support forum on DNN Spot's site - no reply to that either.
"All that glitters is not gold" - that is so true in this case.

We advertise our support as 1-3 business days. Typically, all inquiries are solved within one business day. Unfortunately, the licensing issue this client ran into happened while one of our key support staff was out of the office. His issue was still solved within our promised timeline.
We can't offer phone support (we would never get our todo lists done!). We are reachable through our website (both mail and email).
I really like this product. It makes the page look so much cleaner to have everything tucked into tabs. The software is very easy to use and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a way to create a page with lots of information and little to no scrolling.

Company ripped me off I paid for a license and they are asking me to pay for one again. Buyer beware. I do not recommend buying anything from them.

We do not ask for to buy additional licenses. This customer was never asked to buy an additional license, unless the customer wanted to use it outside of the licensing agreement purchased. Our modules ask for admins to enter their license key to register the module and take the module out of "demo" mode. We have extensive records of who buys our modules. If a license key is lost, our customer service department can resend it.
Great content rotator - jquery options for easing, bounce, elastic, etc. make it highly customizable based on the clients sites we have used it on! Completely editable area in rich text, easily add image links, etc to slides. Height does NOT vary by slide size but is set to largest slide! No page jumping! Winxnet

This module dose what it said and so for no problems with it. But I did buy there Live Support module from there website, and its not working now i cannot get them to help at all!

The product does not work the way that its supposed to and certain essential requirements (such as being able to track quantity on hand by size, color, etc) are painfully absent. Customer support is... "spotty" at best.

The product is as advertised. Fully-functioning demo so that our customers can test it out prior to purchase. Our product isn't a solution for everyone, as we can't include every feature in the book.
This module is fine for small sites, however the performance quickly degrades with larger member sites. I have a site with 6000 members and never got a list or search result back. I am sure it is fine for development purposes, but I would not recommend putting in a production environment with a large user base.

On most other skins I've bought, the containers are interchangeable. These are not. So instead of 18x6 containers, you are getting only 18 total. Also beware when you apply this skin to a portal. You need to have created your own login page because there is no login link in this skin.

Brilliant little module. You do have to be careful about how you place it on your site, as it does open up a huge potential security risk. Reason being is that technically anybody logged in could gain admin access quickly if they run across the page it's on and if that page isn't admin role restricted.
