This latest version if brilliant. I use the Gallery, Video and Article modules on a client project and they are so easy to use. We have written our own modules that access the Cross table structure as they are so well written it was very easy to do. The support is great and they are always willing to take on new ideas and enhancements. This really is a must buy product if you are looking for a very very flexible, well written photo gallery, plus we use the Flickr part so my client just uses Flickr and photos appear on the website, even better is that all the photos are hosted on Flickrs CDN so we dont have to hold the images locally. If I could give this 100 stars I would.

Flickr Support unacceptable. It only shows all public photos and doesn't let you show them or filter them by collection or set. It was useless in that respect and I had to buy another module. I wish I could get a refund! The module itself works fine...the Flickr support just isn't there.

As you know, all links are dynamic generated after user specify a parent tab. And dnn only provide a icon(small or large) for each tab ,doesn't allow user to upload a image for each tab. This is a great module, have been using it since a much earlier version. Perhaps the best thing about it though is it's free to upgrade to newer versions. Most modules make you pay for even small changes and you end up with a mess of old non working junk or the company stops updating it and it stops working on new versions of DNN. keep the updates coming. Select "Customize play list " as "play list type " in "Play File lists" wizard step. 3. Expand "Add From Http" section of "Play file lists" wizard step, you can add YouTube video (or other external url video).You can also specify images for them. By the way, v6.0 is a very old version. This module is has been a very useful module for our site. We provide many videos and images of our hockey team's games for parents and fans to view. Having a module that handles different media formats and is intuitive saves our content managers a lot of time. I also would like to give 5 stars for support. When you have pictures on Flickr or Google Picassa then this module is easy going on. Easy to configure but their is one thing I don't want forget to say.... Loading from outside takes a to long time when you have a lot pictures to view. Hopefully your visitor is not going away ! Doubting about 5 star but the time expensive brings up the 4 star

The Ultra Flash Player is a very nice module with lots of options. It is very easy to setup and change the various settings and players. Great module with lots of features for the price. Something in the future I would like to see changed however, is that being that its set up as a wizard, it's a pain every time I want to alter something on the first or second screen, as it requires I complete all three screens just to save the changes with the finish button. It would be nice to save changes on any single page without taking the tour each time.

Absolute Junk. I installed this and the server hard locked even before I had placed a module, forcing me to reboot. After reboot I uninstalled and recompiled DNN and things were fine for several hours - nice low CPU usage. I decided to reinstall just to see if I was nuts, and the server hard locked again. If you buy this application after reading this, you'd have to be a little crazy.

This module is so tempting - yet so frustrating. Earlier reviews that stated to stay away if you are not a DNN Pro seem to be correct. The only module we could use effectively was the Flash Video Player - none of the others give any pixel size requirements for the elements and MOST DISTURBING the company DOES NOT support their product. We have sent multiple emails over the past 8 days to the folks in China who support this - and have never heard back from them!!! Its a shame because we would love to make use of the effects this software offers. Very poor actions from the developer - particularly since it cost $100!...would not recommend this if you are looking for more than a video player

Wondrous promise, utterly unrealized. Two lost days trying to figure out basic tasks in this module, which lacks all but the most rudimentary documentation. If you are routinely changing the settings on your own server, Ultra Flash Player may be very understandable. If you're the type of person who expects to drop a module in and have it work as advertised, stay away from this one.

This is a useful gallery for anyone who wants to impress the visitors on their site. It's got a nice design and the look & feel are good. But when it comes to user security (for example for who can upload / moderate etc)... it falls short against the better gallery modules out there. I have experienced some failures of the module too - sometimes not starting to play automatically etc. But most of the time it works as advertised, and no doubt any bugs you report will be picked up as support is definitively good. Overall, although it works and looks shiny, I'm not too impressed by it - I think there are better gallery modules out there. And, to be honest, Silverlight isn't the major used vector graphics player...

I'm very much disapointed. The module is unuseable with modern days pictures sizes and downloads the pictures in full size (in my case 8 to 14MB per pic) because it misses a thumbnail generator. -The big effect list is a bit ovewhelming and should easely be put in a dropdown box. -The dynamic folder is not an effect and should be a seperate option to be uses with all other effects. -I miss a random generator, I tried to simply use is as a rotating vendor logo gallery, but due to the missing random generator it always starts with the same pciture when changing pages. I'm sorry but due to these issues I do not believe it is it money worth. Its pretty much pointless having a dynamic gallery without thumbnail and medium sized picture generator. It just locked up my browser downloading 100 pictures of each 12 MB....

Great Gallery, easy to configure, a lot of possibilities regarding design. Be careful: It works only in portals with a standard domainname. In an environment where the domain name contains a "/" it will not work at all! Support says this will be improved.

Great product. Easy to setup, lots of nice feature. One suggestion: It would be handy if one could exclude certain pages from Analytics even when the option "display on all pages" is checked.

Thanks for support. We appreciate of it. As the exclude certain pages, you can navigate to that page ,and delete GA module instance from that page. I agree with you, provide this feature in module will be better. We will see how to make it more straight and handy.

We had some difficulties installing this module initially. Xiao has worked with us to resolve all issues. The module seems to work well. Google analytics takes a while to get used to if you are used to other web stats applications. Leonard

It's not everyday you find people like Xiao Qi. This guy "with out doubt" is the nicest person I have ever dealt with in customer support. I purchased his module Google Analytics 2.2 and installed it. My Google Analytics stats dropped to 1-3 unique visits per day from 30-60. I couldn't understand why. I blamed it on the module. The trouble, turns out was my mistake. I wrote Google, no help... I wrote Xiao Qi, he did not know why it was happening at first, but he was determined to find out. He took the time to view the source on every page of my website to find the fix! It turns out, when I pasted the Google Analytics account number into the module it was missing one number at the end. This problem was my responsibility not his! Xiao Qi, I can't thank you enough for your support and I am sorry something so simple was overlooked. This module is a breeze to use and I highly recommend it... David Smith

The Ultra Flash Player has almost everything. Easy to use, Banner Roators, Media Players, text to speech, and http stream. I recently bought another Flash Banner Rotator which worked but not with the slick polished interface as Ultra Flash Player, Ultra is no Joke. Rock Solid.
