Not sure if I should share a review or keep this secret to myself! I've got to hand credit to the developers so will share my info. This is the best SEO URL tool you will find for DNN and Catalook, seriously, what a find, works flawlessly with Catalook, when I first saw it working I just couldn't believe how simple it was. They have covered everything, even robots.txt and sitemap.aspx to prevent bots finding duplicate or plagiarism info such as the terms and policy which most of us use out of the box without much modification.

This has to be the slickest little module I have ever bought for DNN. I run a learning management system with 20,000 users. This module allows me to switch my view to any of my users so I can experience and see exactly what they are seeing. It has given me so much flexibility. The product was easy to install and seemed to work until I found errors in the code that is embedded in the web.config file. I tried to work with this company but, they were quick to point the finger of blame and were quite nasty in the support log. They will not even refund my money so I feel sort of ripped off. I will not purchase another product from this company because their support is low and there is no concern if their product doesn't work.

This blatant lie and part of the blackmail that was threatened if we don't refund. An external chat application (not dnn module) doesn't work and it's supposedly after enabling google sitemap web service. Support reaction was immediate and polite as usual but the Customer doesn't provide access to this application or his installation demanding refund instead and threatening bad review.

The module offers different looks/designs to the sitemap and you can exclude any links from the sitemap that you want. They did a good job with it. If you need a sitemap, give this one a consideration.

Customer never asked for help or assistance in setup. Most probably tried to run extension-less or non-ascx extension without adding IIS mapping. No need to reinstall, just restore the web.config which is being saved by module when enabling provider. The documentation clearly describes the configuration for non-standard extensions.

This is an excellent company and product. I discovered a small bug when used in connection with Catalook and within a day they had created a patch, installed it for me and emailed me the updated files. The only drawback is that to get the product page urls (Catalook) that I wanted (sitename.com/productname.aspx), the category page names are not SEO friendly.

This is an amazing module. If you re trying to squeeze as much SEO value as possible from DNN this is the tool for you. The module creates a great sitemap and allows for excellent custom URL's wit the URL provider. Instead of "Prices.aspx" the module will allow you to create an SEO friendly URL like "lexus-pricess.htm" which allows for an SEO friendly URL behind a user friendly "Pricing" tab. Combine good SEO friendly page titles, the ability to create custom SEO friendly URLs stuffed with keywords, a sitemap that reflect this and you'll have pages that Google, Bing, and Yahoo can find, as well as pages that users can navigate. Chris' support is astounding. He has been very responsive with help requests in addition to timely feature updates. Great module, great price, great support. Buy it and Get RANKED!

I had an initial problem with the install as there was an object dependency that was missing. The support department was not able to pinpoint the problem. They simply told me my skin didn't work with their module (they weren't very helpful). I eventually fixed it myself and the module has worked fine ever since. The module is pretty easy to use. It comes with adequate documentation, and it is very stable. The module is capable of handling very large amounts of data. I have a registration form with approximately 200 data entry fields, and the module was able to quickly sort the data without any problems. If not for the bad experience with the support department, this would be a 5 star module.

Customer didn't even use the module so he is hardly qualified to judge it's usefulness or ease of use. There were no support issues or calls from this customer so he can't say anything about support quality. All emails from customer were answered within 5 minutes from receiving. Customer didn't bother with reading description before he bought the module and recently decided that he needs another one. Unfortunately this is no ground for the refund, hence this review.

I Purchased this module to sync with an external SQL database but all it does it sync 1 way with a "middle layer" database and to quote the owner "The external database end is entirely up to customer. We provide only DNN to Transaction table and the other way around." They do not provide even one example of a working setup. LOOK AT THE SPARSE DOCUMENTATION before you buy this module. I have purchased over 50 modules on snowcovered, never had a problem with any of them nor have I ever written a review.

Customer requested refund because he changed his mind. When refused he wrote this review. Module is delivered with a sample transaction database to demonstrate the sync process. Documentation is available for download _before_ the purchase. We promptly answer any presales questions and explain what the module can and can not do. The external database/application end is not documented because we cannot foresee what database/applications customers will use.

Wow, the SEO Pack works better than advertised. I like the ability to customize URL re-write on any url in the system, disable or enable them. Automatically generate the urls into what makes sense. An added bonus was the google interface and the site map. I was getting a lot of errors from bots crawling my pages and sense putting in this great module they are gone. Oh and did I tell you that the developer responded to me on Easter Sunday and stayed with me for over four hours helping me with my site and making sure that I was completely satisfied. This is not my first encounter with DNNMasters and will not be my last. I have purchased the Multi Portal User sharing module as well, and it to works like dream. When I bought it support was fast and they knew DNN well. Currently I use 3 of their products at www.cyberspoke.com and I'm extremely satisfied. Don't know what to say but your products and support ROCK!

For a SEO product, this program has a lot of potential unfortunately it's not fully there. One of the biggest issues is that it will cause the built-in google sitemap functionality to stop using friendly URLs. Also it casues the default sitemap to not even be found (404) unless you specifically exclude it. Supposedly this will be fixed in V2, so you may want to wait for it so you don't pay again. My experience with this product was TERRIBLE. It broke my site in so many ways. The idea of this product is great but you have to realize that there are so many parts to this that may interfere with other modules, you have to tread carefully. Applying this to a live site is like playing russian roulette. I have probably spent thousand of dollars on modules, skins, etc from snowcovered and this was the worst purchase I have made. Since they did not refund my money - I asked twice in ticket #36954. I was given beta software instead. I do not run beta software on my live site

Customer has never reported and demonstrated problems with the module. Had he done so he would be refunded immediately. The module works perfectly well on our own portal since version 1.0 and is available for testing on the demo portal. Currentl release version is 2.0.8 and it contains our Sitemap/Google Sitemap module that shows perfectly friendly URLs.

The module does what it promises to do but... it is just not finished. The Grid view using a component art control that looses its formatting on each refresh, item text is getting cut off with an ellipse although there is plenty of space to show the complete text. The directory view isn't formatted well either moreover doesn't allow for sorting of the members, which makes it not usable if you have more then 10 / 20 members. It could be a nice module but in tis current state I won't use it for my clients.

This is a good module if it works on your site - it didn't work on the ones i tried it with. Support was initially prompt but I had to really push them to try and determine why it wouldn't work on my installations and in the end they gave up and refunded me. Overall i was a little disappointed.

This is an excellent site map module. The user interface is very intuitive, it also takes into account a user's permissions and only offers up pages they are authorized to see. Once logged in the site map will adjust for the user's permission level. There is an option to show (hidden) orphan pages as well. Most other sites maps will exclude these pages. DnnMasters Site Map will allow you to include or exclude any of these pages. I like how the "Online Help" menu selection actually works. Most other modules will only give you a MS Word file or PDF. This way you don't have to search around for the instructions a year down the road. Kudos, Mark Luffred

The SEO Pack works exactly as advertised. I particularly like the ability to customize URL re-write on a per-portal basis, and even to turn it off on a portal if I want to. I was especially impressed, as usual, with the developer's attention to my questions. I was pleased that it works seemlessly with Pageblaster (the third-party caching module) that I use. I'm giving this one of my very rare highest ratings -- for a product that does what it says it will do, and for the individual and prompt attention by the developer.

We ran into an issue with one of our clients. Our client has in excess of 300,000 members and we wanted to keep from having our client keep track of information in 2 different systems. DNNMasters was more than willing to take on this task and was more than willing to work with us on this. The User Sync Manager gave us an outstanding solution that let us synchronize our users with all of the DNN users. We are able to have the users update the information in DNN and it is updated in the Remote Database within minutes. Chris and the rest of the DNNMasters members were a joy to work with and distance was never an issue. They gave me regular updates and were more than willing to work with some of my ideas and needs. I WILL be doing many more projects with them in the future. Out of all of the DNN developers I have dealt with DNNMasters is by far the best qualified in customer service and quality of work. We used DNNMasters Membership Management PRO to integrate the dnn user account creation with our CRM software. The end users of the CRM software simply select the option 'create website account' and the information that's already entered into the CRM software (employee id, first name, last name, email, phone number, etc.) is then dumped into a .xml file. Then as a scheduled task the DNNMasters Membership Management PRO module imports the data from the .xml file and creates DNN user accounts based on this data. The scheduled task is created in DNNMasters Membership Management PRO and is managed simply from the Host>Schedule option in the Host menu. This allows full management of the scheduled task. Another great feature is the ability to perform filtered searches on a wide range of users. It's fast and effecient. The end result being that we where able to integrate the user account creation of our back office CRM to our DNN portal. This being a seamless and streamlined process. By far a quality solution. If you need the ability to import/export users via scheduled task, this is the module to get. If you need this process to exist with a 3rd party application, no problem. The module allows ease of integration among 3rd party applications due to it supporting the .xml file type as a source of importing/exporting. Also, good support. My questions were answered both consistantly and quickly. Thanks for the quality solution.

Without doubt the worst DotNetNuke experience I have had. I have dealt with many developers over time and his lack of error checking when exporting users resulted in many mismatched columns and the inability to import correctly. The dll file overwrote another one rendering another application useless unless swapping out. The version sold had not been tested against the version advertised, and had changed. Discrepencies in SQL exports were found against his own export tool. This ticket was closed by developer who cannot fix the problem and a refund will be requested.

I purchase 3.1, but I think I jumped-the-gun. I need the product for DNN 3.x Is the DNN 3.x available yet? If not, how long must I wait, and should I ask for a refund until 3.x is available? Thanks for your hard work.
