Though we had a few issues with the display and payment options, the vendor came to the party with a solution that not only made both parties happy but also performed the patch in a very good timeframe.
We totally understand that every function or feature of a piece of software cant be perfect for a subjective market and DNN Specialists handled everything professionally and with full intention to make the customer happy. Who could ask for more?

I downloaded the module and then installed it on my DNN installation. When I try to add the module to a page I get 'You need to configure the module first via the Settings page before you can start using it.' no further information. No installation notes, no online help, nothing. Very poor. I'll update this once I get some online help.
OK now for the update, first of all I have to say this company, DNN Specialists, really went out of their way to provide technical support. So they get a 5 out of 5 for support but still there needs to be more documentation like a readme.txt file in the zip package. The issue was all around supported versions of DNN and the Announcement module so that needs to be stated on the page. It wouldn't work on DNN 5.0.1 and Announcement 04.00.01 but does work on DNN 5.1.4 and Announcement 04.00.03

I bought this project assuming it had standard help desk features like preventing users from changing the original ticket, control over Assigned To, etc. I also assumed you could create private help desks for multiple users, but you have to create a new page for each user. It never occurred to me at the given price the product could be so primitive, so I did not do an evaluation. When I asked for a refund, it was refused because supposedly I could have done a trial and discovered this ahead of time.
Guess I am just another stupid customer. Well, beware of this company. They are not your friend, and you will not be treated as one. I can honestly say I'll never buy a product from this company, ever.
The description of the product says the Help Desk is a "professional and powerful module...". They are not professional, and it is not powerful. Don't waste you money.

Excellent module with all the features I need. I think I've tried almost every other module, cheaper and more expensive ones, offering similar functionality but they do not come even close. The set up process is very simple, to the point that you don't need a manual. I had asked the seller if they were coming up with a version supporting appointment fees. They response was very fast and clear: Yes. And they just delivered, only days later! My customers love it. I love it. You will most likely love it too. I strongly recommend this module.

Very handy module. Great support. Had some issues with it on one portal which, as it turns out, was a problem I caused by granting admin permissions directly in the database.
