This skin is missing 2 files which required me to create so that I could install, otherwise errors will be generated. Instead of a normal skin content is created by the web developer, there was non english text on the home page that required removal. Further, when I went to the administration section, it was almost unusable and I could barely set the site to another skin. I asked for a refund after pointing out these issues and the representative only appeared interested in gaining access to my server so that they could install the skin. Not only did I find this inappropriate, any skin that requires a company reprentative to install should be avoided. There was no acknowledgement that any of the issues I cited existed.

Nothing like that, Actually you got skin and now you are trying to refund your money. Because everything is working fine i have checked my self and still you have any issue so just show where you have issue do you have any link? just show me i will solve your issue its not i big deal
