We are using Canam Wiki Enterprise for a big company. Our idea is to have several Wikis in different departments, so that each department can build its own knowledge data base for daily business. We are very happy with the Canam solution. It is a flexible tool, smart to handle and very easy to learn. This is important because many of our users are not familiar with special coding.
Thank you to Canam! The support is excellent and always in time! We are in contact for some suggestions and also support. They even included some of our ideas in the latest release.

After trying DNN's core wiki, using Canam Wiki Pro was very gratifying. This module is powerful and flexible, and it's been easy to customize and organize. We've uploaded and adapted content from Word files, other wikis and web pages without any problems at all. We have already created 246 pages, including multiple training manuals and guides, and our wiki keeps getting easier to use as we further interlink pages, use customized snippets and templates, and incorporate navigation features written in wikimarkup or html.
Canam customer support has been responsive and helpful when we made suggestions or needed help. They even included some of our suggestions in their latest release. We are looking forward to our wiki growing much bigger and better, and we're glad we have Wiki Pro to help make that possible.

Tried it out... won't be going any further. The product claims to be on par with wikipedia, but it's not even close. The editor is poor and there isn't even support for sub-categories. Get used to storing your info in text files unless you want to upgrade to the pro version for $1,000. Not one bit the quality of mediawiki (the FREE software used by wikipedia). For evidence as to the poor standards of this company, just go to their website. I don't expect perfect grammar in each and every sentence, but it's really bad to say the least (almost comical). All this would be funny if the company weren't charging so much for such a mediocre product. PLEASE stay away from these guys.

Excellent Product! We migrated from the default DNN Wiki and are very happy. The Full Text Search is phenomenal, as it even allows filtering by tags. The integrated Image Insert and File Attachment capabilities have saved us a lot of time. We started with the Standard version and then upgraded to Pro Portal so that we can have separate internal private wiki's for HR and IT. We find the page discussion capability adds a forum like capability for people to post suggestions for changes. This is one of the nicest DNN modules I have ever worked with. In the years I have worked DNN, this is the first time I have felt strongly enough about a module to post a recommendation.

Ok, so this is a great module for people running legacy DNN sites with old HTML markup that need to bring them up to validation standards. Sure. you could go ahead and run some kind of real time parser or html pre-renderer and set replacement values but that just mucks up your DNN install with junk.
This helped me get all my HTML content across 230 pages of website to validate in about 10 minutes. Done.
There is a free DIY solution to the above problem, but Canam's module offers something above and beyond a simple DIY find / replace query.
First, It shows you all instances of the "find" criteria you have entered, where they exist and even lets your run a test execute. The test execute shows you what the code will look like with the propsed change (replace) will look like.
For visual verification, On execute, the module shows you exactly what was changed. You'll see the pages and what the new source snippet looks like with the change (before and after).
Nice job Ca

I am very pleased with this product. We had some issues when promoting from a test to prod environment due to coding of website URL in pages configuration, but the support was excellent and solved the problem in good time. The pro version is over-priced, if it was at the $250 level I'd consider upgrading for the extra access control and notifications.
