user icon UPDATE: This company did offer me a refund but it was subject to the removal of this review and I refused so you don't be their next victim. That's how they keep their almost 5 star rating, by offering full refund to bad reviews and keeping only a few happy customers among whom are those who downloaded their free skin to which there's no reason to give a bad review.<br/> This is the first skin I buy from Dynnamite; it's a nightmare. It doesn't work out of the box; gives error when applied. So I had to change a couple of lines in all html files and managed to make it work. Then the real nightmare came up; after installing this skin you cannot uninstall it, it gives errors; and worst you cannot access Host-&amp;amp;gt;Extension; it'd give you &amp;amp;quot;A critical error has occurred. Object reference not set to an instance of an object&amp;amp;quot; error. Even if you delete the folder of the skin, nothing changes. So you'll be stuck with this skin, NEVER use it.

user icon UPDATE: The user is very much misguided in his opinions, we have never received less than 4 out of 5 in our whole history, if he wished to challenge this then I suggest he contacts us directly for formal litigation to begin. == This review was posted within hours of the purchase and made before the customer even contacted our support team for assistance. In his follow-up e-mail to us he confirmed that he made modifications to the skin pack which subsequently caused the errors he was experiencing. He posted this review in order to get a refund, which we have offered in full; yet he has refused to take up our offer of a full refund. Normal customers who experience issues contact our support team first and get their issues resolved and then based upon the product, service and support leave a review if they feel it is necessary. For all users reading his review, please take into account our other reviews, as they provide a better picture for our products, service and support. To this customer, if he wants a full refund he simply has to ask, as we want to provide the best products service and support to our customers, even the really difficult ones.
