Single Domain License: You are granted a license to install the Software on a single web server, and use it for a single installation of your domain name. You are also permitted to use the same license for local testing.
Software License
The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties.
- This is a license agreement, and not an agreement for sale. NetSignature.net (the Licensor) retains ownership of the copy of software in your possession, and all copies you may be licensed to make. Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a perpetual, non-exclusive, limited license to use the Software as set forth in this Agreement.
Provided that you have accepted the terms contained herein, this EULA grants you the following rights:
- Single Domain License: You are granted a license to install the Software on a single web server, and use it for a single installation of your domain name. You are also permitted to use the same license for local testing.
- Restrictions.
Licensee shall not modify, copy, duplicate, reproduce, license or sublicense the Software, or transfer or convey the Software or any right in the Software to anyone else without the prior written consent of Licensor; provided that Licensee may make one copy of the Software for backup or archival purposes.
- Termination. NetSignature.net may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts, source code, associated documentation, and related materials.
- Warranty Disclaimer. No Warranties.
- Limitation of Liability.
Licensor shall not be responsible for, and shall not pay, any amount of incidental, consequential or other indirect damages, whether based on lost revenue or otherwise, regardless of whether Licensor was advised of the possibility of such losses in advance. In no event shall Licensor’s liability hereunder exceed the amount of license fees paid by Licensee, regardless of whether Licensee's claim is based on contract, tort, strict liability, product liability or otherwise.
- Governing Law.
This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
- No Assignment.
Neither this Agreement nor any interest in this Agreement may be assigned by Licensee without the prior express written approval of Licensor.
