• Q: Can I use Gloss for more than one website?

  A: You should expect to receive your custom skins a couple of hours after requested.

• Q: hello i am interested in your skin.does the flas transitions supports greek characters?

  A: Hi Yannis, yes our flash headers support multiple character sets (greek, german, nordic, ...). After buying, just email us and we'll send you the greek language header. (we cannot embed all characer sets in the default version, to avoid performace loss). Best regards, Beatriz.

• Q: Very Nice skin pack, but why do you advertize it as 100% CSS ?

  A: Hi Rady. Being 100% CSS, means this skin is 100% valid CSS (you can test it by clicking the corresponding link on bind.pt/gloss homepage), and is built based on a div structure, which means the skins structure can be completely redefined just by editing the css (which doesn't happen when you have a table based structure). • Q: You ad states gloss is DNN 5 beta. Is it also backwards compatable with DNN 4.x?

• Q: Hi! I emailed earlier about your skin, I have one more question, can I do skin tuning on my dnn site? Or do I need to guess what color matches my images? If the first skin color I select can I get another version with a new color? How many trial and errors can I go through? Thanks /Sara

  A: Hi Sara, skin tunning is available only on bind.pt/gloss. Nevertheless there is no limit for the number of custom skins you can create. Just tune it as many times as needed. Regrds, Beatriz.

• Q: The top banner area where the words gloss is, this colour stayed in black although you can change the background, can you change the colour of it as well? If I want it blue instead of black etc. Also can these be changed multiple times or is it one custimization for your colours then you have to stay with those colours.

  A: Hi Kelly, for now the configurator doesn't allow an automatic change in that color, but we can give a simple instruction on how to achieve that. When you buy gloss you can customize it as many times as you want. After buying, just go to bind.pt/gloss, define you customization options and request to receive the skin. Buy it once, customize "a thousand" times!

• Q: Is the top part of the skin (the dark gray bar behind the logo) customizable? It seems to be fixed and might not be compatible with some logos.

  A: Hi. That graphic effect can be easily hidden through CSS. You'll have it compatible with any logo!

• Q: Will the menu stretch to the left as more than 5 or 6 menus are added? All the way to the left edge of the page?
