FAQ's

• Q: I am very interested in a product such as yours. My intentions are to use it for a small variety of dealer types and worldwide from within a single website. My questions are; 1) Can I have mulitple instances of your module on a single website and page and have different dealer/affiliate types in represented in each? 2) The demo I saw appeared to support US only, is there a demo that I can see that reflects international dealers/affilitates? Is there a way to trial demo your product on my site with access to the full functionality? Thank you, Skip

  A: Hello Robert, Yes, I believe our module will support everything that you may need. In our demo location, feel free to add some international locations and see how it works. As long as the dealer location has a valid zip/postal code, it will work just fine in our module. I'm not sure which demo site that you visitied, however please visit the one located at: http://www.geosprawl.com/demo-dnn.aspx When adding your international locations into the demo, just ignore the "State" dropdownlist as it is only loaded with states in the U.S. and Canada. However the city and zip code will still pertain to all international locations. To answer your other question, you can add our module to as many pages as you like. And each instance of the module would be "unique". So, yes, you can add the different dealer types into each of the module instances and they would work independently. The other option we have available is that you can use our "category tag" functionality so you can basically set each one of your dealers with a different "category tag" (this would correspond to your different dealer types that you mentioned). Then by using our Advanced Search Box, you could have the search dynamically search for the particular dealer type that the user is requesting. It's a little difficult to briefly explain, however it's in our User's Guide. So, you basically have 2 different options to make this work for you. 1. Using multiple instances of our module dropped onto multiple pages. OR 2. Use one instance of our module and use Category Tags to search for specific dealer types within the module.
