Valid XHTML and CSS
The code in Flex2 has been tested for W3C compliance. We use the latest inbuilt DNN menu providers and not the now outdated Solpart menu which is not compliant.

Q: Once you create update a skin using easy mod and save it to the local development server, how do you package/move the customized skin to a production site?

Q: Is the banner removable on this skin? I love the flexibility, but all of the sample show a banner of some sort and I would want that removed if possible. Thanks!
A: Hi Kristine. Yes, this is possible. You can either remove the banner from a template using EasyMod, simply remove the banner image and set the banner height to 0px or 1px. Else you can use the custom banner template which by default has no banner. Regards DrNuke www.drnuke.co.uk

Do you need Host (super user) permission to use the EasyMod module, or can a user with Admin permission use it to customize the skin?

Q: Hi... This product looks like exactly what I need... 2 questions:
#1 Is it definitely compatible with DNN 4? (It says it is but I just want to make sure before I buy it).
#2 Can I change the background to my own image? I'm a graphic designer and have a fair knowledge of html/css/etc. but am not an expert with DNN that's why I like this EasyMod!!!

Q: When using easymod, if there is something that I don't like about the interface am I allowed to still change the code on my page manually with the html or .ascx page or does everything have to be done using easymod?

Q: I have a requirement to have different color tabs for different pages including having the pages different colors? Is this something you can do or integrate into Flex2. We have the server license. But wondering ifyou can do this or if we need to purchase a different skin.

A: Flex2 is designed to allow you to do exactly this. It is template based so you can simply use EasyMod to specify different colour settings for each template, then use those templates on the pages throughout your site. Q: can the Flex2 be used without a banner image at the top? In other words, can I drop the banner and save space for more content?
A: Yes, you can easily remove the banner from a skin using EasyMod. Hence there is no need to include "no banner" versions of the skins. In fact EasyMod also allows you to specify the banner height, so you can have deep banners and slim banners on different pages. Regards DrNuke www.drnuke.co.uk

Q: Hello,
I'm interested in knowing more about the EasyMod module. Can you have a different banner for each page you create if you wished? Can you change the color for each page and container?
What sort of controls do users have? Can the the font size or width of the site be changed?
How are you download speed using a dial up modem?
A: EasyMod is template driven so you can use different banners and colours on each page of your site. You can create more templates if required.
You can also create multiple container styles and use these through out your site.
EasyMod allows you to specify the width of your site in px or %. You can also specify the font styles.
EasyMod is best used through a fast connection, but the resulting skin will be no different to any similar skin in terms of download speed for your site users.

Q: I'm really interested in this skin but have one single concern. I realize that I can change the banner image but am I limited to the images included to the skin? Could I make my own banner and include it into the skin? More importantly, how will the banner react or behave when when changing the skin width? Finally, is there an option to make the skin width % in addition to px? Thanks you very much!
A: Hi Victor. You can easily add to the banner library by dropping your own images into the relevant folders, EasyMod will pick up on the new banners. If you do this in the same way that the supplied banners are constructed, they will also stretch as you increase the skin width. Yes you can use px or % for the skin width in EasyMod. Q: How is your skin when it comes to SEO?
A: The skin uses XHTML code which is W3C compliant. If running on DNN5 the site will also validate to W3C specifications.
We also incorporate H1 tags around the container titles.

This is a CONTRACT between you (either an individual or a single entity) and DRNUKE, which covers your use of "Flex2" and "EasyMod" and related software components. All such software is referred to herein as the "Software Product".
A software license issued to a designated user only by DRNUKE or its authorised agents is required for each use of the Software Product as described under the section LIMITED USAGE GRANTED.
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, then do not install or use the Software Product or the Software Product License. By explicitly accepting this End User License Agreement (EULA) you are acknowledging and agreeing to be bound by the following terms:
1) REDISTRIBUTION NOT PERMITTED
The resale and/or redistribution of the Software Product is strictly prohibited.
2) LIMITED USAGE GRANTED
You may use this Software Product on a single website only, belonging to either you or your client. You need to purchase the same Software Product again if you wish to use it on another website. You may install this Software Product on up to two non-public DotNetNuke installations for development purposes.

All imagery used in our Software Product is royalty-free and are an integral part of our products. Limited-usage License gives you the right to use images only as a part of the website you build using this Software Product. You can use imagery to develop one project only. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is prohibited.
5) MODIFICATIONS
You are authorised to make any necessary modification(s) to our Software Product to fit your purposes.
Although rights to modification of the Software Product are granted by this EULA, you may not tamper with, alter, or use the software in a way that disables, circumvents, or otherwise defeats its built-in licensing verification and enforcement capabilities. The right to modification of the Software Product also does not include the right to remove or alter any trademark, logo, copyright or other proprietary notice, legend, symbol or label in the software.
6) UNAUTHORISED USE

8) OWNERSHIP
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
10) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event will DRNUKE be liable to you for any damages, claims or costs whatsoever or any consequential, indirect, incidental damages, or any lost profits or lost savings or for any claim by any third party.
11) REFUND POLICY
Since DRNUKE is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is complete and the product has been downloaded.
