• Q: I would like to purchase your skin and use it for 3 portals in one DNN installation. I am not sure about the pricing, with the package of 89 vs. 189 or 289. Do I get only one color in the 89 package. Could you explain what the difference is between different packages.

  A: The standard pack at $89.99 gets you the 8 colours shown in the listing and the demo. If you purchase one of the custom colour packs as well, you get the standard 8 colours plus extra skins and containers in your chosen colour which we build specially for you.

• Q: What is the default width of this skin?

  A: The default width is 858px. However the skin is built to accomodate any width you choose. You can specify another width easily using the instructions in the manual with no need to edit the skin files. The supplied banners are designed for the default width but it is easy to make your own.

• Q: Hi, I have other question. How do sub-menu items display on the the 2nd level of the twin menu...? Thanks, David

  A: The twin menu design works best when the menu is only 2 levels deep. However if a third level is present it renders as drop down menu so they are still accessible.

• Q: Can this be easily modified to work at 800x600? Thanks.

  A: Yes, the skins are flexible width so you can specify any width you like. Instructions are included in the manual and no modifications to the skin files are required. However you'd need to make some new banners or use the custom banner option for your new width.

• Q: To change the Banner Image in this skin pack, do we change the Banner in Photoshop or Flash and then delete the existing banner image and replace it with the new one? For example, for another skin pack I purchased, the Banner Image resides in the Banner Pane inside of the Text/Html module, making it very easy to change. Is this how these skins operate? If not, are there specific instructions how to change? I love the package and want to purchase it, but if it is not user friendly, in other words, for the regular person to do it, without programming experience, I might not be able to purchase :( Thank you for your feedback :)

  A: Included with the pack are custom banner skins. These use a banner pane so that you can insert your banner using a text/html module. Full instructions are included in the manual. Also PSD's for both the fullsize banners and the inner banners are included so it's pretty simple to make your own banners. The flash banner is easily customised by creating your new banners as jpeg images, and uploading them to anywhere on your portal. You then modify the flash xml file included with the pack to tell the flash movie the images you want to use and a link for each one. Again it's quite easy.
