• Q: I'm interested in purchasing this module - Enterprise Edition. I see that only free minor updates are available. How is major updates handled? If another purchase is required for major updates, how much would that be? When is the next major release? I'd hate to purchase this and have a major version released in the near future which will force me to have to make another purchase if major updates are not free. Thanks in advance

  A: ****o, Updates of this module is always free even for the major updates. we never charged our users for updates of this module. Major updates are usually once a year. just don't worry about it.

• Q: Hi, I already buyed MARKIT SLIDE SHOW enterprise version, how can I buy Dream Slider with discount? Thanks

• Q: Hi can I use it with SharePoint 2010, and get images and text from SharePoint list.

  A: No. Our module is not compatible with SharePoint.

• Q: My development site has been up for more than 30 days and my license expired. When I go in to enter my license code, it says not to enter if it's on a development URL. How am I supposed to keep it up on my development site for more than 30 days?

  A: You may use key below to activate module: DREAMSLIDER-TEMPORARY-KEY Or use your key to activate module and then let us know to reset your key as you plan to activate module on production stage.

• Q: Sorry, I mixed things up. I have bought Dream slider ;-) Does it wotk with .net4? Thank you John

  A: This module works on .Net Framework 4.0 how ever our module Does not work on DotNetNuke 4.x. it requires DotNetNuke 5.x or 6.x. If you have a DotNetNuke version 4.x, then you may use our similar product named Markit Slideshow which is compatible with DNN 4.x.

• Q: Hi can you have multiple instances of the DreamSlider on 1 page. I'd like to use the DreamSlider for: 1 Header, 1 Sliding Products Showcase and 1 Latest News list all on the same page. Is that possible?

• Q: Hi, Looks like a great module! So will this play flv and mov files?, If yes am i able to play them from a url or will they have to be uploaded on the same server as the DNN installation? Thank you, Matt

  A: It plays flv files but not mov files. Yes, you may play them from an external or internal url as well as playing from youtube.

• Q: Does your module support DNN Version 05.04.01?

  A: Yes it does. Dream Slider support DNN 5.1 and higher.

• Q: Does the Standard Edition allow for installing into separate production and development DNN installations? That is, are we able to use the module in a production DNN installation as well as a separate development DNN installation (i.e. only available for testing purposes)?

• Q: Hi, What are limitations to trial version?

  A: There is no limitations on trial version. Module is fully functional when running in trial mode. You must purchase license to continue to use the module.

• Q: I have several image slides. On the settings tab for each slide, I have clicked the URL radio button and inserted a link. When I view the module and click the slide, nothing happens -- I am not taken to the link as expected. Thank you for your support. Mark

• Q: Hi, I just purchased the dreamslider and am excited to use it! I was wondering which zip file I should install...I see 5 and 6. We are currently running 5.6 but will be upgrading to 6 at some point within the next month or so. Thanks, Emily

  A: You need to install the one is for DNN 5.x and then install what is for DNN 6.x after updating your DotNetNuke to version 6.x. Don't worry about the Dream Slider update. you won't loose anything. they are almost same and different is just a piece of logical codes.

• Q: Hi, I'm sorry, I'm confused...how many sites can I use the module on for the $59 option? We have all of our sites under 1 dnn install at the moment, so would this be the one that we'd need? Thanks, Emily

  A: Hi Emily, Yes, That's right. Standard Edition ($59) is for one DNN with any number of parent/child portals or domain names. so standard edition is proper for you.
