Upgrade Policy
What happens after 1 year?
You may continue to use all licensed modules without paying any additional licensing fees. You will not have access to any new modules or any major upgrades. In accordance with our company wide policy, all minor updates will remain free for lifetime.
You can also extend your 1 year timespan by purchasing the DNN Essentials collection again at a discounted price.
60% Early Renew Discount applies if you purchase before your 1 Year Period Ends
50% Renew Discount will apply if you purchase after your 1 Year Period Expires
25% Renew Discount applies if it's been more than 2 years since your last DNN Essential purchase

Support Policy
DNN Essentials module collection is covered under our standard support for period of first 90 days from date of purchase. Customers can continue to use our forums or purchase additional support hours beyond initial 90 days support.
Refund Policy
We DO NOT issue any refunds for any edition of our DNN Essentials module collection. No Exceptions
All modules included in DNN Essentials collection are available as fully functional trials. Please evaluate all modules before purchasing the collection.

4) By "directly managed by your organization" we mean that your organization either designed or developed your customers' and/or is responsible for any ongoing maintenance. You MAY NOT use the module collection for your customers if you're merely providing them with managed or un-managed hosting services.
