If you get a message that your log-in attempt has failed, try using the password reminder feature on the site.  If you continue to receive messages that the username does not exist in the system, contact the support staff in the Help Desk.  They may be able to assist in locating your account using an email address used for a previous purchase or an invoice number you are able to provide.

Note: Please keep in mind that your user account on the Store may not be the same as another you may have registered on www.dotnetnuke.com.  While the Store and dotnetnuke.com share a common domain, there is no single sign-on between the two sites.
