If you place an order and see its status listed as “Pending” on your My Orders page, it is likely that the order did not successfully complete. There may have been an issue with information entered during the checkout process or with the merchant. Pending orders can also occur as a result of a session timeout or browser error.
Occasionally, pending orders result due to communication errors between the payment gateway and the Store. If you have a transaction ID or receipt from the merchant (PayPal, etc), please contact the Store staff via the help desk to complete the order for you.
Note: Orders with a status of “Pending” differ from those with “Pending Review” status.
