I am missing a purchase in my list of downloads. Where did it go?
Occasionally, customers create more than one user account on the site. This either happens by mistake, or more frequently, when companies do not realize employees have created multiple accounts.
In these instances, it is easy to see where users might believe downloads or orders might be missing from an account they had previously logged in to.
