Discounts and promos in the Store are administered directly by vendors selling their products.
If a discount is available for a product, information pertaining to the discount will be displayed above the product description on the listing page (under the “Add to Cart” link). These discounts are set up to provide customers with savings based on previous item ordered from the vendor.
To qualify for discounts, it is necessary to purchase products with the same account used to buy the previous items from the vendor. Any applicable savings will be displayed in the cart.
If you want to send the vendor an inquiry regarding the availability of a discount or coupon, please use the "Ask a Question" link on the product page. This will allow you to send them a question to them via the help desk system directly. - Q&A Store Answerer 11/7/2012
