At the top of any product page which has a review, you will be able to see two types of star ratings. One is indicated in yellow, the other in blue.
The yellow star rating is the overall rating for that particular product. By clicking the hyperlink next to the rating, you can view the full list of reviews left for the product.
The blue star rating indicates the overall rating score for the product's vendor during the previous six months. By clicking the hyperlink next to the rating, you can view the vendor's profile page, where the reviews are listed.
Additionally, on many product pages you will also see a section titled "Spotlight Reviews" in the right hand column. These are reviews which the vendor has selected to display on the product page.
If the product or the vendor has no reviews, the star ratings will be displayed in grey.
