Step 2 -- Removal of Infringing Material

After notice has been received, DotNetNuke The Store will remove the content referenced in the claim until the claim can be resolved. An email will be sent to the seller of the item notifying them their listing has been removed, which will include the email address of the right's owner (or who submitted the claim on their behalf).

If the person believes that their listing was removed in error, we encourage them to first try to contact the rights owner directly. Only the rights owner understands its products and intellectual property rights.
