decent looking skin but rendering problems with IE8 and IE9 along with non expandable panes have become issues for us. we inquired pre purchase about the background make up and received incorrect information from the developer. the developer is pretty responsive which is why we gave 2 stars instead of 1.
Coding Staff is responsive and willing to work with you to make sure you are satisfied. They have a nnice selection of relevant modules to choose from.

The module itself is very nice. Smith Consulting did a great job with this ecom solution as it flexible and offers more functionality than you could imagine for the price. I would have given this module a 5 rating if the support sytem was better - forum based support tends to be a pain when you have to search through forum topics to find a solution. I am more interested in solutions and answers from the developer, not other customers. Opening a support ticket does nothing but send you to the public forum. Again, very good module that is well worth the money as long as you are comfortable with public forum based support.

This module DOES NOT WORK with DNN version 5 . This company takes 4-5 days to respond and when they do, they just tell you that there are no problems and the module works ON THEIR END. I am an avid DNN'er with over 200 Snowcovered purchases and this one is just a bad deal. I have requested a refund 4X and they will not respond nor grant it. Let my loss be your gain and proceed with caution.
VERY poor quality skin - when the developer did respond to my requests for help - I was told that the issues are on my end. I have purchased and installed over 200 DNN skins and I am an avid DNN'er. This skin has rendering issues from browser to browser and the list just goes on and on with problems related to this skin. Buyer beware.
seamless skin and great support from company. put this company in your favorites and check them out BEFORE you buy any other skins.
the skin DOES NOT offer the features shown without a great deal of labor. If you want to reproduce the slider feature, don't expect to just install the skin and change an image. It's unfortunate that this company promotes a feature in their ad, gets you to buy their skin, you find out that the feature is not there, and then they deny you a refund. Google Analytics cannot be installed on this site either. Buyer beware.

this is a good product but it could use some enhancements - sometimes developers mis the mark on the "business applications" of mods like these. The company is responsive as they should be because the learning curve with this product is up there. worth it if you have the time/money and can live without the needed enhancements.

quirky menu issues followed by the single worst customer service that I have experienced with over 100 DNN related purchases. This company's answer to fixing problems with THEIR skin (after you spend a cool $100.00 is to have YOU code) - not gonna happen for that kind of money. Don'r bother requesting a refund because you will be ignored.

the module does not work correctly - the first menu item in the accordian style tab will not reopen. I brought this to the company's attention and they said that it can be fixed. They did not and will not fix it. I asked for a refund and this company srt8 up ignored me. I am going through snowcovered for help. Buyer beware. ** very classy response navsharp. at least snowcovered customers get to see what they would be dealing with if they choose to do business with you. We are a high volume snowcovered customer with a great deal of DNN experience - we simply tell it like it is, good and bad.
