This is a superb piece of work. It provides great flexibility and control. That does not come without a price, of course. XMod has a steeper learning curve than most of the modules on snow-covered, but it is well worth the effort - and the personalized support that I experienced cannot be beat. If you only buy one module in the next six months, this is the one to buy.
This app is far from ready for prime time. unhandled errors like, "A critical error has occurred. Cast from string "" to type 'Integer' is not valid." are thrown quite frequently, the documentation is not only misspelled and ungramatical, it is sadly lacking in substance in eactly the areas where it is needed most.
DON"T BUY THIS! It says it's for 2.0 and above, but here's what the validator says: Validation Results Invalid File Extension For Custom Module Definition Newsletter 2[1].0 - Newsletter202.zip No wonder it's on sale!
This is almost everything you could ask for in a forum module. Quick and simple to install and with immediate email response if you do run into a problem. Frankly the product is worth a lot more than he's charging for it, so get it now, before he reads this. . .
