Great module and the company responded very quickly when I had an issue and worked with me to solve it in a timely matter.
This product works well with exception that there is something conflicting with Easy DNN Gallery which we use on a number of sites. I have used the dataquadrant.com form to submit the following issue several times: ------------------------------------- I have setup easydnngallery on a number of sites and it works without issue. However, after adding mobinuke to the site, the easy dnn gallery doesn't work properly. I have tried to send in numerous requests as to why this isn't working without any replies. You can see the easydnngallery working here on a PC and Mobile browser on a fresh DNN install: http://danielsrealestateinc.com/SamplePage.aspx However, using the same skins and everything, on another site that module worked as well until we installed mobinuke and then we have the following with the same exact settings for the easy dnn gallery module that doesn't work: http://www.jackanddianes.com/SamplePage.aspx Any reason why your module is breaking the easy dnn gallery? I'm sure there is something conflicting and not sure if this is something on mobinuke or easy dnn gallery that needs to be addressed? ----------------------------------------- I have not received any replies and feel they are just ignoring me. I am sure there is something conflicting between mobinuke and easydnngallery that is causing the above mentioned issue. Being that we develop sites for many customers, I need a resolution to this or find another solution. If they cannot resolve the issue on their end, they need to at least respond and let us know. No response is worse than a response saying they can not do anything about this issue. In short, the module works with 99% of the things we do, but trying to get support from this company is like trying to get water from a rock. It is possible, but don't expect much.
Module works well. I had an issue at first but received technical support right away and the problem was resolved the same day.
Excellent support! I had a licensing issue with the module I purchased and they worked with me in a very timely matter to correct this. It’s the fastest support I have received in a long time. It was resolved in less than a day!
This product works well. We purchased this module a couple years ago and have had a few issues where the license would go away and would have to be reissued. It turns out that this module is licensed by domain and IP address. If your sites IP changes while you still have support, they will provide a new license at not cost. However, if your support expires, it will be required that you purchase support for them to get you a new license. I wasn't happy about this and suggested that they put a system in place to allow users to change the IP associated with a domain and installation. This way you can get a new license activated automatically if the IP on your site changes. I was told that they were thinking about this and may provide this solution in the future.
I purchased this module for a client that wanted to setup an auto trader portal. The module was fairly easy to figure out. When I did have questions on how to do something, I posted to thier site and usually received responses back pretty quick. We needed modifications made to the core module to do what our client needed. The prices for modifying were reasonable and were delivered in a timely manner. I have not used any other auto trader modules, but this one is definately worth checking out.
