I actually bought the Ultimate version to get some of the specific features that it provides. I've been looking for a good replacement to a product purchased from another well known DNN vendor that has just languished over the last two years with nothing but promises. While I am relatively new to the use of the BizSuite HelpDesk system, it is well thought out and implemented. I have also been very pleased with their responsiveness on their forums, and occasionally via direct email. They actually want customer feedback and enhancement suggestions. The POP3 email monitoring feature was also very important to my requirements to make it even easier for registered users to add support tickets. This is a good choice if your looking for a better way to support your clients.
There are several "TAB" modules for DNN and I have tried at least 2 others. However, TabZone is the only one that actually delivers on the promise. Most only handle modules which are static text or don't do postbacks. TabZone seems to have conquered that problem. In addition, support has been great. Very reasonable turn-around time to fix a problem I reported, and they are very open to good suggestions for enhancements. I highly recommend the product.
I've been using Document Exchange Professional for 2 years. The release of v4 has shown Bring2mind is not sitting still by introducing great enhancements to an already great product. The introduction of WebDAV to support web folders with DMX, along with MS Indexing Service for content searching, and support for .NET 2 Medium Trust are great features. Peter at Bring2mind has been great to work with over these last 2 years and represents the type of development company that is extremely important to me as an IT consultant, who recommends and implements solutions for my clients.
I have been very impressed with the quality & flexibility of this module. In addtion, the responsiveness of the developer to problems as well as new ideas has been outstanding. Planned new add-ons will make this module continue to be an excellent choice.
Nice simple module. Does the job. Text on the send username screen is fully customizable, as is the email body. I have installed on DNN 4.5.5 with no issues.
Unfortunately, the module does not support the DNN 4.5.5 environment, so I cannot use it. GCM called me to discuss the problem, which I greatly appreciate, and would make me more likely to purchase from them in the future. So this review is strictly based on the fact it does not work with the latest DNN.
Can't get DNN modules (except Text/HTML) to display with Ajax enabled. Using an IFrame in tab is not very elegant to display an interactive module like a forum. Seems this is most useful for displaying static text or an image from an existing module, or some external page. Just not what I was looking for.
This is an excellent module and the developer just keeps making it better. It provides a great mechanism for organizing document content on a site with access controled by DNN security roles. I have created multiple clients support portals where this module is the heart of the portal. Bring2mind has been very responsive to issues and requests. Great product.
This is a great module. It makes it very easy to implement file transfers to anyone by sending a blind link in an email directly from the module. Recipients do not need to be registered at the site to perform the download. And, if desired, the links have an expiration date. The developer is also very responsive to questions and suggestions. Very well done. I've been looking for this capability for a while.
If you need to delegate user management in a very granular manner to standard users, this module does the job. The developers have been extremely responsive to both problem reports and enhancement ideas. Works great with 4.3.x.
