The technical support is really good. This is an extremely powerful program. I have been able to automate backups so they go to my DropBox account. I was able to restore the my site to my localHost server and it works flawlessly. I have since upgraded to newer versions. Great program!
This has to be the slickest little module I have ever bought for DNN. I run a learning management system with 20,000 users. This module allows me to switch my view to any of my users so I can experience and see exactly what they are seeing. It has given me so much flexibility. Plus, I have several test user accounts and it allows me to quick link to those accounts. It's sweet!!
I have purchased their skins and also engaged them in custom development. They are great to work with, very reasonable, and quick to respond to questions. I would work with them again for sure.
