If I could give 10 starts I would. I have been building websites for about 8 years now, 5 of which dedicated to DNN alone and I have to say... hands down the best module AND service. I was stumped on a 'couple' things that support was there and quickly! I wish all module developers were as easy to work with and as helpful...!!!
We purchased this skin and needed some help with the configuration. Support was right there and has been very responsive. The skin is fantastic, it's well designed and structured. Will be back for more skins from this vendor!
Developer does not respond to support tickets or direct email. Skin has issues in DNN 6, be aware.
I've been using UMG for a long time now and this is yet another great and worth while upgrade if you have an older version! I recommend getting the Pro version, it's worth the investment and I recommend it to all my clients.

Module works great, when it works. I've had problems with multiple instances on different pages, where catalog won't load and you have to turn features on and off and arbitrarily adjust settings to get it to function. Furthermore, I have yet to hear back from support about this module. Not too pleased.
