This module is junk and their support is terrible. I was under the gun and needed it for a project. They refused to give me an evaluation, so I bought the module on good faith. When I tried to play a video, the browser would just time out. After the usual bout of trying to blame us for everything, they said they would come up with a fix. After seeing no response and requesting a refund, they refused. I guess that's a lesson learned about trusting some of these rinky-dink developers!

Not a single helpdesk ticket from the user; not sure why they can't get a video to work when over 1500 other clients can. Anyways, we'll be glad to assist and refund money if we can see that the product doesn't work for you.
