Nothing but issues with this skin. Response from support was that it works for them and ignored issues like - you can't preview skin until I had to bitch about it. You can't edit in the edit box and their answer was - create content outside of the edit box then enter it in!!! CSS is extremely hard to follow and layered! I have requested a refund after purchasing the Enterprise version thinking and hoping it would be a good product but nothing but disappointment. I will update about refund process...
I purchased this product and took a while to implement. I had an older version and had some issues. SUPPORT is amazing. I ended up upgrading and everything is working. If you run into issues, support responds fast and effectively. They held my hand through the process of getting my site up. I am mostly using it for digital downloads and hope to add some shipping for actual products as well.
I have to say... the product is excellent AND the support they provide is unbelievable. I had issues getting my payment page working and Gary spent hours with me helping me get my site up and functioning! Thank you for a great product and excellent service!!!
Great module and GREAT Support. I received immediate support and Dao worked with me until I could implement it on my site. This module is worth way more than it is selling for and support is great!!!
