Best DNN skin on SnowCovered... support is lacking. I purchased this skin for it's unique look and feel and it was a hit with my client. So many compliments. My only issue is how the menu renders in IE6. My support request to fix the issue has gone unanswered for months now despite a couple of reminder emails. All in all these guys have some solid talent and it's a great looking skin.

Excellent module for enhanced visuals. Works great and simple to edit the look and feel to exactly what you need. I had an issue with the download, contacted the vendor and they replied within minutes with a direct URL to the download. Nice module - excellent service.
This is my first and only negative review of any module or skin. Do not purchase this skin as it violates international copyright laws regarding the red cross symbol. I was forced to redesign my site with another skin because of the legal issues around the use of the red cross symbol. Support is terrible. I asked for a refund and was denied by DNNCovered. They said there was a no refund policy and that I had been using the skin for too long (<1 year). They said the red cross symbol used in this skin is not the same as the "Red Cross" organizations logo. Well it was the red cross themselves who shut down my site. Does it matter how long I used the skin for before requesting a refund if the skin was illegal to begin with? Just because it took the Red Cross a year to find my site doesn't make it any better or any more legal. DNNCovered was unpleasent in the tone of their emails to me. As with all previous versions of XMOD, this module is amazing and just keeps getting better. Support and documentation is phenominal. Suitable for ALL DotNetNuke data form applications. I have been stuck a couple of times with logistical issues however the support forum and Kelly's (XMOD Developer) responses are quick and complete. This module deserves the highest possible rating.
