Purchased the Request A Quote module and installed in DNN 4.03. It failed to load, but the support folks quickly help me trougleshoot and provided me a a version compile for the version of DNN that I was installing it on. I was up and running from that point on. Excellent support and the module is exactly what we needed for being able to attach documents via an email submission.

Use this module all the time. Installed without any problems and easy to use.
Module is clumsey at best. It requires the user to know path names from web server which may not obivous to many users who maintain DNN portals. The edit mode uses what appears to be an old Contacts module and it does not have a way to exit, short of navigating off to another page on the site and then coming back. Module has potential, but falls well short of being a usable module for most users. I guess AS IS means AS IS. Don't waste your money on this one.
